APMG Agile Project Management

The Agile Project Management certification training at Power Track aims to address the issues of those working in a project based environment. The APMG course follows a project management approach aligning with PRINCE2. It is based on fundamentals of DSDM Atern, and allows project managers to become proficient in delivering Agile Projects with visibility and rigour. Participants will also be able to implement a tested and tried method rather than integrating and developing a company-specific agile management process and attain better control and communication over projects and adapt project plans without troubling the project timescale, budget, and scope.
